Life can be messy, complicated, and sometimes overwhelming — even when things “look okay” from the outside. As a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, I provide a calm, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can talk openly and begin to make sense of your thoughts and feelings. I offer both online (video) and telephone therapy, giving you flexibility and comfort to access help wherever you are.
You don’t need to have a clear “reason” for coming to therapy — sometimes you just know something doesn’t feel right, and that’s enough. Here are just some of the things that I can help with.
