I am here to offer a warm, supportive, and confidential space for you to explore what's on your mind. My goal is to walk alongside you as you discover new ways to understand yourself and navigate life's challenges. You are not alone, and together, we can find a path forward.

Why I became a therapist

I have always been passionate about enhancing people's lives through enabling them to succeed.  I have helped people from all walks of life over the years and understand how sometimes, when things aren't going to plan or something significant happens, we can find ourselves struggling.  I also understand that this can then affect how well we progress in a variety of life circumstances, such as relationships, work or studies.  I find that helping people to find their way is extremely rewarding, and I have a real passion for being there for those who are finding things challenging.

I have been so inspired by the people I have worked with, and energised by how therapy can help people succeed and achieve change, that I decided I wanted to take my training further and fully qualify in counselling and psychotherapy.
